LYVEDALE (DERICK), stationer in London, came to England about 1547. He lived in St. Paul's Churchyard and is entered in 1571 in St. Faith's Parish "Derick Lyvedalle, stacioner, born in Flanders, in England 24 yeares, in the said warde 7 yeres." [R. of A, I, 411.]
