Further Notes

C.B. 1 Apr 1817 - Complaint having been made by Mr.Justice Hudson, that William Smith who had been bound Apprentice to William Woodman a Freeman of this Company and afterwards turned over to MR.Hudson, had obtained the Freedom on the 4th day of February last in his absence, against his consent and by misrepresentation. The said William Smith and Mr.Hudson attended, and their respective allegations having been heard, and it appearing that he had not yet obtained the Freedom of the city of London - It was Resolved That this Court will not for the present take any further measures on this subject. ---
