ROBERTS (HENRY II), stationer in London, 1595-1613. Son of Henry Roberts I {Cf. ROBERTES, Henry ‹ LBT 08335 › }. On July 30th, 1606, he entered in the Registers The Kinge of Denmarkes entertainement at Tilberie Hope by the Kinge, etc., which appears to have been compiled either by him or his father. Again on March 7th, 1606/7, he entered a picture of the Ridinge of the Asse. His last book entry occurs on February 14th, 1612/3, Great Brytanes generall Joyes. Londons glorious triumphes, etc., with a ballad on the same subjects. [Arber, iii. 327, 343, 515.]
