MLT Note: The son freed by patrimony on 2 Apr 1667 is actually entered by McKenzie as Nathaniel Powell (LBT/14394), but for the moment this has been regarded as a misprint for Nowell, This needs to be checked but it makes more sense to assume that there were three generations of Nathaniel Nowells with regard to the span of dates covered by apprentices. ---
