1715-09-19 1721-03-25 PRO - Bookseller of Town of Saumur, Kingdom of France. --- Treadwell Notes - bookseller of Saumur, refugee because of prosecution of protestants - wants to be buried in the Savoy Church where his decd. wife lies. Has 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls viz: Paul, Francis, Isaac; Susan wife of Mr Provost, and Mary, wife of Mr.Marchant - these 5 get his moveables equally, Francis's part, however, should stay with the executors for the good of William and Susann, his children, until they come of age, excluding their father from any claim. And if Isaac should die without heirs then his wife is to refund his share for the use of the others. Witnesses - J.Boissomoinne, Daniel Sabire, John Duverger.
