MLT Note: Plomer, H.R. &c. (1922) - suggest that the Exeter printer and the London bookseller may be the same person. Treadwell notes an indenture [CF1/240 - Dec 1707] for a Samuel Brimblecombe, son of Charles Brimblecombe of the city of Exeter, Taylor, apprenticing himself to Samuel Darker Citizen & Stationer of London from 24 Feb 1698.
