Son Richard has already had 1/3 share in patent for printing law books and letter press in Savoy (she settled with him 24 Dec 1738. Son Benjamin Nutt has had more that his share of his father's estate and the other 2/3 of the press (also as of last 24 Dec). Son Samuel Nutt has had more tha his share of father's estate plus other preferments. Daughte Ann Nutt gets everything owin to Eliz. From Amicable Society plus £80 share in English stock --- Mentions stuff due to her from the estate of Richar Helsham. All the rest goes to her other 3 daughters (all spinsters) Catherine, Alice & Sarah who are joint execs. The other three girls having renounced, Ann nutt took out admin 27 Mar 1747. |
