HARRISON (LUKE), stationer in London, was made free of the Stationers' Company May 21st, 1556, and came on the Livery in 1568. He printed at the sign of the Crane in St. Paul's Churchyard up to the year 1577 and died shortly after, for in July, 1578, his widow sold his copies. Her name was Helen { WHITCHURCH, Helen ‹ LBT 03152 › }, and she was a daughter of Edward Whitchurch { WHITCHURCH, Edward ( - 1562) ‹ LBT 02612 › } by his first wife. Harrison seems to have printed little for himself, most of his work being done by other printers.
