MLT Note: David Cook - later addresses show - Grays Inn Lane and then Little James Street, where my Great Grandfather Henry William Cook took on the business. It was very much a family business with HGC's other sons James and Edwin also involved. Henry William Cook died on 26 Apr 1897, and the business was no longer listed in any directories. ---
