22 Jun 1786 - A:009 = by indenture assigns his £160 share to Robert Horsfield of Stationers' Hall --- having occasion for the sum of fifty pounds applied to the said --- to advance & lend him the same who agreed to do it upon having the said share assigned to him as a security for the repayment of the said sum with lawful interest for the same, & the said R.H. has a right to receive all dividends due to the said share ---
