NORTON (HENRY), stationer in London, was a fairly senior member of the Company on its incorporation in 1557. He is entered once or twice in the Registers as paying fines and as giving small amounts to subscriptions. He apparently held some official position in the Company for the last entry relating to him runs [1567-68] "Payd to Henry Norton for half a yere, iiij s."
