| WYATT, John ( - 1727) ‹ LBT 14619 › | Court | Attended - last - the Court Book clearly lists Wyatt as not merely present at this meeting but as having then been appointed to resolve a dispute. His death was reported at the Court on 3 Oct in the context of this appointment by the Order of the 5th September when he was clearly alive. The registers of St Faith - however - are equally clear in recording his burial on 2 Aug and since Wyatt died intestate and letters of administration were only issued to his widow on 6 Oct 1727 there is no simple way to resolve the contradiction. | |
