FOLLINGHAM (WILLIAM), printer in London, is mentioned by Herbert [I, 613] as having printed one book in 1544. This was The anatomy of a hande in the manner of a dyall. "Imprented at Holy Well by William Follingham for Richard Bankes { BANKES, Richard ‹ LBT 28349 › }." Follingham was also the author of the tract.
