WALKER (PETER), stationer in London, was apparently a freeman of the Stationers' Company before 1557, though he is not mentioned in the list. In 1559-60 he was licensed to print a ballad called King Salamon, but he is nowhere else mentioned in the Registers. [Arber, I, p. 127.]
