ANDREWES (THOMAS), bookseller in London, 1621-37; In Smithfield. Took up his freedom June 4th, 1621 [Arber, iii. 685]. On April 26th, 1637, he entered in tbe Registers a book called Meditations [Arher, iv. 382]. The work, by J. Henshaw, Bishop of Peterborough, was printed for him "by R. B." in the same year [Hazlitt, 1. 209).
