Introduction
Henry Gibbons was a member of the Stationers' Company in London during the late sixteenth and early seventeenth centuries. He was freed by the company on 23 February 1579. Gibbons had a son, Henry Gibbons, who also entered the book trade as a stationer and was admitted to the company by patrimony in 1612.
