WALBANCK, Mathew ( - 1661) ‹LBT11149› Court Attended - Walbank was asked to withdraw briefly while the Court debated "the fitness of his being there, hee being a prisoner in the Upper Bench". Because only his own affairs were involved and because they thought it unlikely that he would come again they agree to take no notice. In fact Walbanck never stopped attending the Court. As of Jun 1655 Walbank had still not paid his fine for Under Warden
