BIRCKMAN (FRANCIS), II, stationer in London, was apparently the son of the elder Francis { [[LLBT/28355]] }. His name is found only in the colophon of one book printed for sale in London, an edition of the Sarum ''Processional'', printed at Paris by Prevost in 1530. This colophon runs "Venundatur Londonii in edibus junioris Francisci Byrckman apud cimiterium divi Pauli." The device in this book is the hen with her chickens, in reference to the sign of the Birckmans at Antwerp and Cologne of the Fat Hen, the printer's mark is identical with that of the elder Francis. This Francis probably returned abroad and is not found again in England.

BIRCKMAN (FRANCIS), II, stationer in London, was apparently the son of the elder Francis { LLBT/28355 }. His name is found only in the colophon of one book printed for sale in London, an edition of the Sarum Processional, printed at Paris by Prevost in 1530.
