MOLYAR or MYLLAR (CONRAD), printer in London, is mentioned in the Subsidy Roll of 1549 as an assistant to J. Gybkyn { [[GYBKYN, John ( - 1586) ‹ LBT 28268 ›]] } in St. Faith's Parish. [R. of A., I, 159.] He was admitted a brother of the Stationers' Company some time before their incorporation and in 1556-7 was fined eighteen pence for "mysnamynge" another brother. He subscribed eight pence to the collection for Bridewell and in December, 1557, paid the Company twelve pence for the use of their hearse cloth at his wife's funeral.
