DEVELL (THOMAS), stationer in London, was living in 1549 in St. Paul's Churchyard, in which year a foreigner who lived with him, Dr Adrian, paid taxes. (R. of A., I, 59.] He was an original member of the Stationers' Company, but is not mentioned after the year of incorporation in the Registers.
