Introduction
Sampson Low was a bookbinder in London and a member of the Stationers' Company. He gained his freedom by patrimony in March 1827 and subsequently took on apprentices in the bookbinding trade. He was active on Lamb's Conduit Street in London during the early nineteenth century.
