SHORTER (SAMUEL), (?) bookseller in London, ? 1598; At the Great North Door of St. Paul's. A book by Thomas Hood, called The making and use of ... a Sector, was printed by John Windet { WINDET, John ( - 1610) ‹ LBT 06795 › } for sale by Shorter at the above address. The date appears on the title-page as that of composition, and the book was presumably printed in the same year. Nothing seems to be known of him.
