Introduction
Mark Man was a member of the Stationers' Company in London during the early seventeenth century. He was bound as an apprentice to John Jaggard on 29 September 1602 and gained his freedom through servitude on 6 May 1611, indicating he worked in the London book trade as a printer, bookseller, or related craftsman.
