Introduction
Henry Davies was a member of the Stationers' Company in London who was bound as an apprentice to William Kirkham in 1593 and achieved his freedom through servitude in 1601. He was married and had at least one son, John Davies, who later gained his freedom in the company through patrimony in 1631.
