NEWMAN (ABRAHAM), draper and bookseller of London, 1578. Abraham Newman was one of those for whom Roger Ward { RADCLIF, Roger ‹ LBT 08706 › } printed Day's { DAY, John (1522 - 1584) ‹ LBT 07316 › } A B C and Little Catechism. In his depositions he stated that he supplied Ward with ten reams of paper for ten reams of the said books [Arber, ii. 763 et seq.].
