KAETZ (PETER), stationer in London, was a native of Antwerp and appears to have come to England to act as agent for Christopher van Ruremond. From 1523 to the beginning of 1525 he issued seven Sarum service books, two ''Manuals'', two ''Processionals'', a ''Horae'', a ''Psalter'' and a ''Hymni cum notis'', all printed by C. van Ruremond. Early in 1525 Kaetz returned to Antwerp and carried on business in a shop which had belonged to Hendrik Eckert van Homborch with the sign of the House of Delft in the Cammerstraete. From this address he published the edition of the ''Bible'' in Dutch printed by Hans van Ruremond { [[RUREMOND, Hans van ‹ LBT 30086 ›]] }. After this time his name is not found though we know he was a young man. He is known to have had some business with Siberch the first printer in Cambridge, for a business letter from him to Siberch was discovered in the binding of a book in Westminster Abbey Library.
