== Introduction ==
<div style="width:90ch;">
Martin Edwin Livermore was a printer and member of the Stationers' Company in London. Bound as an apprentice to Charles Roworth on 6 May 1817, he was freed from servitude on 6 July 1824. He subsequently took on four apprentices between December 1824 and October 1825, establishing himself as a master printer. He operated from addresses on Fetter Lane and Fleet Street in the mid-1820s.
